Refund Policy

At Olympian, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only if:

• The product received is damaged
• Wrong product was delivered
• Product is missing from the order

Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return or refund request within 48 hours of delivery along with proper photos/videos as proof.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used supplement products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
